A few practical notes for tournament travel.

    Arrive the night before.

    Most tournament check-ins are early Saturday morning. Coming in Friday means you skip the dawn drive and start the weekend rested.

    Pick by distance, not loyalty.

    On a game-day morning, minutes saved getting to the venue matter more than points earned. Search results here are sorted by distance from the convention center for that reason.

    Confirm breakfast before you book.

    Not every hotel includes it. With 7am team meetings, knowing in advance is the difference between a smooth morning and a rough one.

    The historic district is five minutes away.

    Hutchinson Island sits across the Savannah River from downtown. River Street, Forsyth Park, and the squares are all close by for a free morning.

Booking & Confirmation

Can I book a room over the phone?

Yes. Call us directly to book any of our hotels. Our contact information is available on hotel search results pages, and we can provide advice on where to stay, make a reservation, or change an existing one.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You'll get an email confirmation after booking — usually within 15 minutes, occasionally up to a few hours. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. You may need to allowlist this site to make sure future confirmations come through.

When will I be charged for my hotel reservation?

Depends on the rate you chose. Some hotels charge at booking; others have you pay the hotel directly at check-in. Your booking details page and confirmation email will tell you which applies.

Cancellations & Refunds

How do I cancel a hotel reservation online?

Use the link on the Customer Service page or the cancel link in your confirmation email. Find your reservation, click "Cancel Your Reservation," and we'll email you the cancellation confirmation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Each hotel sets its own cancellation policy and we pass it through unchanged. Find it on the "Description" tab of any hotel after entering your travel dates, while you're booking, and again in your confirmation email.

Some bookings have non-refundable terms in exchange for a lower rate — those can't be changed or refunded once purchased. Travel insurance can cover qualifying changes if you bought a policy at booking.

I cancelled my reservation. When will I be credited?

Refunds process immediately on our end. The credit usually shows up on your billing statement within 30 days, or on your next billing cycle. If it's been longer than 30 days, call our customer service team.

Will I be charged for a missed or late arrival?

Possibly — depends on the hotel's late-arrival and no-show policy. We recommend checking that before your trip. If you're going to arrive late, call the hotel directly so they don't release your room.

Modifications & Changes

How do I modify my hotel reservation?

Easiest way is to call us. Our customer service team can help you find alternative room types, dates, or hotels that match your updated needs.

If I change my reservation, will I keep the same rate?

Maybe. Rates and availability move, so the rate after a change might differ from your original booking.

Where do I find the hotel's change/cancellation policy after booking?

Your confirmation email is the easiest reference. The full policy is at the bottom of the page after your reservation details.
